Let us ponder, why did the Lord choose to come in total poverty? For the Lord is rich in everything.
The Visitation
The Lord is in His Mother's womb. He journeys with His Mother to Her cousin Elizabeth's house. There the unborn Baby Jesus greets John the Baptist, who is in his mother's womb, as well.

Let us ponder, why did the Lord choose to reveal that John the Baptist leapt in his mother's womb, at the greeting of Jesus' Mother?
The Nativity
The Birth of God in total poverty amongst the animals attending the fields.

Let us ponder, why was the Lord not born in a castle where kings live? God chose to be born in a manger, which is a feeding trough for animals. O' the Lord beckons those who are humble, who reject the worldly ways.
The Presentation
The Ever-Virgin Mary took Her Son to the Temple to present Him. Simeon prophesized to the Virgin Mary that a sword would pierce Her Heart, as well as Her Son's.

Let us ponder, why was the Virgin Mary chosen to bear such suffering with Her Son?
The Finding of Jesus in the Temple
The Christ Child was found in the Temple among the doctors and Jewish scribes.

Let us ponder; why did the Christ Child choose to be separated from His parents and be found in the Temple after three days of journey?
